William Probasco

President

Having served as VP of Operations for Flow Vision, General Manager for Magnetic Specialties, Principal Electronic Design Engineer for NJE and as a Petty Officer in the US Navy, Mr. Probasco possesses a wide range of managerial and electronics design experience. He has over 35 years of experience in analog, digital, and power conversion electronics circuit design. Through the use of computer modeling and his extensive experience in the design and analyses of linear, switched-mode, many types of resonant power supplies, switched-capacitor, ferro-resonant, high-voltage, as well as A/D, D/A and interface circuitry. William brings extensive technical and corporate experience to serve the aerospace, defense and commercial industrial sectors.

Henry Behnke

Marketing Manager

Mr. Behnke is a Senior Executive with extensive international operational, sales and financial experience in the thin film photovoltaic, instrumentation and process equipment industries. Successfully completed business turnarounds with a strong record of building shareholder value by focusing on business fundamentals, particularly in the areas of sales, marketing and customer satisfaction.

Anthony Kaytes

V. P. of Engineering

Mr. Kaytes is an accomplished Design Engineer with extensive electronic product design and development experience. Prior to joining Astro Space, Mr. Kaytes served 25 years as a Senior Principal Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems. With more than 25 years of experience in switch-mode power and analog circuit design, along with 20 years of engineering project management experience, Mr. Kaytes is uniquely qualified to manage both the technical and managerial aspects of complex programs. Over his extensive career, Mr. Kaytes has designed analog and power conversion products for space, aircraft, naval, medical, and commercial applications and continues to provide excellent services to all these sectors.

Keng C. Wu

Electrical Design & Analysis

Mr. Wu is a Senior Electrical Design & Analysis Engineer and is one of the world’s leading authorities in analog power electronic design. Prior to joining Astro Space, Mr. Wu served many years as a Senior Principal Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems where he procured a dozen U.S. patents and was awarded “Author of the Year” twice (2003 and 2006, Lockheed Martin). We are honored to have him as part of our team. In addition to Mr. Wu’s extensive list of professional achievements, he is also the author of several books on various aspects of power electronics design. Piotr Legowski

Manager of Mechanical Design

Mr. Legowski, is an experienced Mechanical Engineer encompassing 12 years of packaging design of electronic products in the Aerospace, Medical and Industrial markets. His expertise includes CAD drawing generation, 3D modeling, thermal design, tolerance and stress/dynamics analyses.

Mr. Sacatelli is an accomplished Design Engineer with extensive electronic product design and development experience. Prior to joining Astro Space, Mr. Sacatelli served 30+ years as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems. With more than 30 years of experience in high-voltage power electronics, switch-mode power and analog circuit design, along with many years of engineering project management experience, Mr. Sacatelli is uniquely qualified to manage both the technical and managerial aspects of complex programs. Over his extensive career, Mr. Sacatelli has designed both high-voltage and low-voltage analog and power conversion products for space, aircraft, naval, medical, and commercial applications and continues to provide excellent services to all these sectors.
