Mass Sensor for Liquid Level Detection
An example of Astro Space’s medical design, analysis, and prototyping capabilities is the mass sensor shown below. The device was developed to accurately monitor fluid level (via mass) in a reservoir of a blood analyzer. This effort included electrical design of the signal conditioning and amplification circuitry, mechanical design and analysis, finite element analysis, and prototype fabrication.
